Easy Turkey Gravy
I was hesitant to try this, but because of the good reviews I decided to give it a try. Rave reviews, everyone loved it. I mixed the soup and seasonings together ahead of time, and stored them in the frig until I was ready to make the gravy. Very easy, lots of flavor. I had made turkey stock browning the neck etc. and then cooking them down in chicken broth.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Turkey was very moist and flavorful. Rave reviews. I browned the neck etc and then simmered them in chicken broth, and used that as the majority of the stock for my gravy, adding a couple cups from the turkey as well. This was the most praise I have ever received on a turkey, I will always do it this way going forward.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
This was a huge success. I used a store brand mix since most of the name brands are no longer 18.25 ounces. I followed the recipe exactly using regular size chips, I did hold a few back to sprinkle on top since someone said they sank. I didn't seem to have an issue with that though. I let it cool an hour and it came out of the pan easily. I had oiled the pan very well. I sprinkled the top with powdered sugar. I may try some icing next time. I made cherry crisp for sme gathering and some people ate the two together. We served it with ice cream.
