Homemade Butter
I was raised on a farm so my mother used to make her own churned butter. she would save the cream until she had enough to churn and of coarse it fermented and then she used butter molds to mold it into pound molds. I still have one of the wooden molds. It was a very labor intensive process. The homemade butter she made had a very strong taste to it, nothing like what you buy in the stores.

Cocojito (Frozen Mojito)
I loved this recipe and I am sure it is even more great with the proper ingredients, however, I did not have all the ingredients so I tweeked it a little.....I used 4 cups of ice, 1/3 cup frozen limeade concentrate,7 ounces Cream of Coconut, 3 1/2 oz. coconut rum, 1/3 cup Creme de Mint......it was delicious..............

Hawaiian Bread I
I tried this recipe....the only changes I made were adding 3 tbsp of wheat gluten to the flour and substituting water for the milk....it turned out great....I have found that the gluten makes a higher loaf as I use in in other things too such as cream puffs. The loaf turned out sweet and moist and I will definitely use the recipe again.
