Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

I used 12oz artichokes hearts (chopped), 8oz low fat cream cheese, a whole head of roasted garlic, and the rest of the ingredient as specified. Turned out amazing! Mine never got bubbly, but it was on the top rack above the Thanksgiving turkey. Still got all golden and gooey on the inside. My friends dubbed me the Queen of Dips. Obviously I will be making this many more times.

Cherry Pie III

I am giving this 5 stars even though I didn't follow all the directions. This was my own fault. I used a pre-made crust, and had 3 cans of cherries, 2 in syrup and 1 in water. (my local store only had one can of water left!) Other than that I followed the recipe exactly, and oh man, it was delicious! The almond extract is a great edition. The only issue I had was that 3 cans of cherries was slightly too much and I had to put a pan underneath to catch some of the juice oozing out of the pie. Next time I will make the recipe exactly (well, maybe I will keep my additional cherries), when I can get my hands on all the proper ingredients.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Made this with store bough BBQ sauce, 2.25lbs pork spare ribs at 350 for just under 3 hours. Basted and flipped every 30 minutes or so. They looked more and more amazing and were falling off the bone. Totally delicious! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Very easy to prepare, and the corn bread was delicious. It is definitely a sweet bread though, not as savory. My only change was that I cut the white sugar in half and used half brown sugar.

Salmon Ball

I used salmon that my Dad caught off the coast of WA and had smoked, so I omitted the salt. Also never got the parsley rolled on...the dip went too fast! Had as an appetizer at Tanksgiving and everyone loved it! Will use again.
