This recipe was great! The cookies were not too sweet and kept their shape really well. I made a half batch but still used 2 tsp of baking powder (I like really puffy cookies!). Since I'm so impatient, I only let the dough chill for about 10 minutes, but I had used un-softened butter straight out of the fridge. I made all of the cut outs and put them on cookie sheets and popped them in the freezer while I cleaned up and the oven pre-heated (~15 minutes). Like I said, I like really thick, puffy cookies so I rolled out my dough to 1/2" and found that 10 minutes in the oven was the perfect time. Thanks so much for the recipe. I'll definitely be using this again!
