Salmon Rosemary Burgers
This is such a great recipe so if you’re going to try it please make it as WRITTEN! Don’t substitute canned salmon for fresh. It is not the same. Also don’t listen to the people who substitute half the ingredients and then give it only two or three stars. It’s not the same recipe. I’ve made these burgers at least 8 times and when I got “creative” the taste suffered in my opinion. The flavors of the salmon, horseradish and rosemary are incredible. The grilled burgers had a nice crispy crust and were moist and tender inside. A nice change from beef or turkey burgers. Thanks to the creator of this recipe.

No Bake Sugar Free Cheese Cake
I only wish I could give this recipe more than 5 stars. I’m always on the lookout for cheesecake recipes I can convert to low carb/sugar free. Because I use Splenda instead of sugar the cheesecakes usually suffer a bit in the consistency department. Not with this recipe though. One other change I made was to omit the flour and cornstarch to keep the carbs low. As other posters suggested I used 24 ounces of cream cheese and 8 ounces of sour cream. It was easily the best sugar free cheesecake I have made (and I’ve made a lot!). I baked this with a nut crust and topped it with sugar free cherry pie filling. When I brought it to a cookout no one could tell it was low carb. I got a lot of requests for the recipe. Now if I can just bake a cheesecake without cracks on the top…

Cheddar Bacon Hamburgers
These are wonderful exactly as written. It really bothers me when people rate a recipe poorly but change the ingredients or amounts in the original. Try the recipe as written first before you rate it! The second time I made instead of adding the shredded cheese to the ground beef, I stuffed about a half ounce of cheddar to the middle of the burgers. The first time I grilled these I felt most of the cheese melted out of the burgers on the grill. I also increased the horseradish to 3 tablespoons because the flavor was too subtle with just 2 tablespoons and we like horseradish. I also drained the horseradish a little so the burgers would hold together better. Either way I’d give these 10 stars if I could!
