Campbell's Skillet Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
Excellent - everyone loved this recipe!!! I sauteed with garlic like many suggested, added just the right bit of spice. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you put some of the sauce on the noodles.

Mexican Cornbread Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2008
Delicious! I will make this time and again! As others have said, this makes way more than 6 servings and I only made one layer of each ingrediant! The only thing I would change is instead of tomatoes, I might try salsa to add a little more kick. Otherwise perfect!

Ground Turkey Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
Yummy and easy. I didn't have non-fat dry milk so I used milk instead of the water. It worked!

Confetti Corn

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
This was OK. As with the other reviews, it was a bit runny and needed some kick. I added a pinch of cayenne pepper and that did the trick. Not sure if I'll make it again..

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2006
Excellent and easy!! I made this for a pot luck and it was a hit. I actually used canned chicken and you couldn't tell. I also added 1 can black beans (drained) and used chicken broth instead of the water. Instead of using tortillas, I used chips which worked just fine. A keeper!!!

Garlic and Tomato Tilapia

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
This turned out great!! Based on others comments - I too made a few modifications. I used a can of Rotel (tomatoes and green chiles) in place of the tomatoes and added about 10 leaves of fresh basil. It was awesome and had quite a bit of kick!! The best tilapia dish I have made!!

Blackberry and Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2006
Absolutely awesome!!! This is the best pie I have ever made. I did modify - used Pillsbury premade pie crust and used 2 1/4 c blueberries and 2 1/4 c blackberries and 1 cup of sugar. It was just perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. The next day, I didn't have any pie crusts so I made the filling in a casserole, baked for 30 minutes and then served over ice cream. HEAVEN!!!

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2005
I was having several people over for Easter dinner so I wanted to have as much food made beforehand as possible so that I could enjoy my guests. While the recipe was very good (although I would add some chives next time), there just 'ain't nothin like the real thing'. The day ahead idea just did't work and they tasted like leftovers. This recipe should be made fresh.

Easy Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2004
This was delicious and soooo easy!! My girlfriend from New England said that it was the best apple crisp she has ever tasted!! The only modification I did was add in 1 cup of dried cranberries. As others have suggested, next time I will try some oatmeal in the topping for a little more texture.

Seven Layer Dip I

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
This was good but a bit bland. In the future, I will add a tsp of cumin to the beans, taco seasoning mix to the beef and 1 1/2 cups of medium to hot salsa instead of one. I also might do a full layer of green onions for more texture.
