Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I've got one word to describe these cookies: AMAZING!!!! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great. I'm in extreme shock that i made these delicious cookies, which are better than most bakery made chocolate chip cookies i've tried. This recipe is almost exactly the same as a popular dallas bakery (JD Chippery). My family couldn't believe the resemblance, or how moist and tasty the cookies were. They aren't incredibly sweet, and actually have more DOUGH than chocolate chips, which is great. Word of advice: After 12 minutes in the oven, the cookies wont LOOK ready (they'll still look pretty pale, maybe even a little gooey) but i left mine in for 13 minutes at 350 degrees and they were perfectly done, a little gooey in the very middle, and crips around the edges. This is officially my go to chocolate chip cookie recipe!!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Love love love this recipe! I made a 9x5 loaf, 7x3 loaf, and still had enough batter left to make 4 large muffins! The loafs were three and a half stars...almost as good as a local bakery that serves excellent pumpkin bread and banana bread. The recipe says that there will be a kick in the bread (like spiciness) but i could barely detect an spice (which was better for my taste, since i typically dont enjoy spicy food). Anyways, next time i will probably double the cinnamon. The loafs weren't dry, but they werent incredibly moist or REALLY tasty, just tasty. However, the muffins turned out GREAT (five stars). The muffins were incredibly moist and seemed to have more spice in them (which doesnt make much since seeing as I used the same batter). I added chocolate chips to one muffin, which was delicious, and raisins to another. I will definetely be using the recipe again but this time it will be chocolate chip pumpkin muffins. Fairly easy to make, can't wait to try it again!
