This is the best cake recipe I have found. It rised up just like a regular cake and had a great taste. Texture wise it did remind me of a pound cake a little but was still wonderful. I used the Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting recipe Submitted by Richardwross. It was a great combo and and frosting was another 5 star recipe.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

This was quick easy to make. Also very creamy and easy to spread. I did not have the unsweetened chocolate squares and used Dark Chocolate chips instead. I also doubled the amount of chocolate because it needed more chocolate in my opinion. I will definately use this recipe again

Pumpkin Cookies IV

I added chocolate chips to them, they do need a bit more flavor not enough pumpkin or sweet flavor so the chocolate chips were a help. My 15 year old son loved them. I'm still getting used to the GF life so my taste buds are still in the picky stage. All in all though compared to other GF cookies these were great.

Alison's Gluten Free Bread

This is the best GF recipe for bread I have found so far. I did use 2 eggs in place of the egg whites and egg it calls for. I also used sugar in place of the honey. I did make it several times with the honey and found no difference. I am still searching for that perfect sandwich bread thats not so dense, but this makes wonderful toast or french toast. Recipe also works good for dinner rolls.
