Stuffed Strawberries

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2013
To those of you substituting orange extract- Orange extract is MUCH stronger than orange liqueur, so even halving the amount will be FAR too much! Only 1/4 of a teaspoon or even less would be needed of the orange extract! Hope this helps those of you complaining that the orange flavor is far too strong!

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2012
This bread was delicious! I recommend sprinkling the bread with garlic salt before putting it in the oven. I didn't have basil, so I just used Emeril's Italian Herb mix. I will definitely make this again!

I made this cake and didn't change a thing! I served it with strawberries and whipped cream! YUM!! Is it just me or does the picture look like a piece of pumpkin pie covered with whipped cream and strawberries??

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
These cookies were delicous! I added 2 teaspoons of vanilla, chocolate chips, and oats, and they were delicous! I also made some without chocolate, but with oats, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon. Mmmmm! I read some other reviews that said these were dry and cakelike, but I didn't think so at all! My cookies were soft, chewy, and moist! I will definitely make these again!
