Creamy Pesto Shrimp

This was OK, but the quality depends on the type of shrimp and pesto you use. The pesto we used was oily and garlicy. Next time, I would use better pesto.

Blueberry Crisp II

I baked this for 45 minutes and doubled the amount of topping. Unfortunately, it never seemed to completely bake through. It was runny and doughy. I'm not sure if this is how a blueberry crisp is supposed to taste, but definitely not crispy!

I added the extras people suggested, but it still tasted bland. I did have really cheap curry and perhaps if I added more quality curry, it would have tasted better. Also, I added a lot of salt and that helped. It tasted better the second day after the flavors marinated overnight.

White Bean Chicken Chili

I followed the recipe exactly except for: -I used fresh tomatillos instead of canned -2 cans of white beans instead of one (one can butter beans, one can northern beans) -I used meat from a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store -garnished with "scoop" tortilla chips, sour cream, and limes It was amazing! I will definitely make this again.
