Slow Cooker Apple-Scented Venison Roast

This roast is wonderful. And the apple does do something magical. I also made this using 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and it tased like sauerbraten! Awesome recipe.

This is a wonderful salad. I put a teaspoon of balsalmic vinegar in place of 1 teaspoon of lemon juice used greek seasoning and put it in a blender then added olive oil to make a emulsified dressing. it reminds me of gazpacho except it's a salad not soup! Delish.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This is my new favorite fish recipe. My 2 picky boys loved it. Thinking about trying the parmesan topping on top of a spring vegetalble mix of broccoli, cauliflower, squash and carrots and seving with chicken or beef. Yummy dish thanks Phoebe.
