Sensational Salmon Loaf
We liked it! Much better than mother used to make. I read some of the reviews and decided to add just 1 cup crushed saltines, instead of 1.5 as called for in the recipe. Also used several dashes of hot sauce and lots of fresh ground black pepper.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
Excellent. I had lost my favorite roll recipe so went looking for a similar one. Then I altered it by accident the third time I used it! I inadvertently doubled the liquid ( ie I used one cup each of milk and water, rather than .5 c each as called for). I realized it after my bread machine did the initial knead and rise. So, I just punched it down and kneaded more flour in by hand until the dough felt right ( satiny, elastic and no longer sticky). Then I let it rise, punched down, and kneaded twice more before shaping the rolls. The extra rises makes a much finer grained roll so it is worth it if you have the time. Made this way, I got 18 large rolls made in 9 inch square cake tins and 6 cloverleaf rolls make in muffin tins. Otherwise, I have left the recipe the same. I have used the recipe this way several times with consistent results. Health and budget tip: It is a bit more economical and lower in fat this way as you are not increasing the butter and egg, just the milk, water and flour. Also, I used 1 % milk. These rolls freeze very well by the way.
