We really liked this dish, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because after reading the reviews I did not follow the recipe exactly. I substituted 1 clove of garlic for the onions because we don't like onions. I also added 1 small jar of sliced mushrooms that I sauteed with the spinach and 1/2 cup of chopped cooked chicken (you could probably add an entire cup). I also added 1/2 cup of mozzarella to the mixture & used 12 lasagna noodles and there was plenty for all of them. I am not sure how much Alfredo sauce I used because I used a mix & a jar because that was all I had on hand. I would like to find a good Alfredo recipe to use with this. I am eager to make it again & use broccoli. Overall I used some of the suggestions listed in the reviews and a few of my own - I think my version is a 5! It is simple to prepare, tastes delicious & looks great - perfect for when you have guests.
