Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2013
Great rolls! Next time I will change up the seasoning a bit, but the rolls had a very good texture.

OH MY GOSH!!! That is sooooo good! I used the sugar free puddings and lite cool whip to reduce the calories at least a little bit and it still tasted awesome.

The peppers were still a bit hard. I ate it anyway, my husband did not care for it at all.

Great healthy muffins! I substituted protein powder for some of the flour and did not use the chocolate chips and they still tasted great!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2013
They are now a staple at my house! The only thing I change is reducing the sugar in the muffin to 1/4 cup brown and 1/4 cup white and they are still plenty sweet.

Apple Cinnamon Muffins

I used a sugar/sweetener blend but kept the rest of the recipe the same. Turned out great! Nice breakfast with a cup of coffee and some yogurt on the side :)

I used tilapia instead of cod but stuck to the recipe otherwise. Very good! The crust is the best part :)

I used regular brown rice and for the last 10 min of cooking added the salsa, beans and corn. A tasty and healthy side dish!

Light Wheat Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
Oh my, what can I say to describe the joy I felt when I ate those rolls! DEVINE!!! I only made half the recipe (it's just my husband & I), I used 1.5 packages of yeast and the whole egg. I had to add a little more flour than the recipe called for as my dough was sticky. Other than that I sticked exactly to the recipe and the rolls looked so pretty and tasted even better! Thanks for a great recipe, it's a keeper!

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
I used Italian turkey sausage to save some calories and it was delicious! A serving came out to be just over 200 calories. I served it with homemade dinner rolls, exactly what we were craving on a snowy day. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!

Very good recipe, unfortunately I could not taste the peanut butter. The bread tasted great anyway and my guests gobbled it up.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2012
That was good! I used half yellow half spicy brown mustard, a little less honey and added some red pepper flakes and lemon juice to the sauce. I baked the chicken covered for 30 min and after pouring the second half of the sauce on the chicken I baked it uncovered. The chicken turned out very moist and flavorful. Will make this again! YUM!

That was sooo good! I took some advice from previous reviews and reduced the butter to 2 Tbs and the sugar to 1/2 cup. I used 6 small ripe peaches and it turned out delicious! Thanks for a quick, easy and yummy recipe!

Southwest Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2012
I diced the chicken breast and used plain diced tomatoes and no cumin, therefore I added a package of taco seasoning. I served it with rice and sour cream and shredded cheese for topping. My husband couldn't get enough of it!

Beef Tips and Noodles

I used beef stew meat and lots of fresh mushrooms and threw everything in the slow cooker. It was soooo good. The bites of meat were so tender that they fell apart. Thanks for a great recipe!

Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2012
I made some slight changes to the recipe: I used 2/3cup plain non-fat yogurt instead of the oil and reduced the sugar to 1/2cup. I used frozen blueberries because I didn't have any fresh ones but I was craving muffins and wanted to get something healthy at the same time. This recipe is perfect! My muffins came out soft and moist and very blueberry :) My husband told me before "I don't like muffins" and after taking a huge bite he said "that's like the best blueberry muffin I've ever tasted!"

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2012
Yummy! I did not peel the eggplant and used less bread crumbs for just a light breading. Still turned out really good. Even my meatloving husband enjoyed it. I made enough for 2 meals and served it once with penne pasta and once with couscous. Delish!
