Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2013
I tried this last night for dinner, not changing a thing in the original recipe. I cannot begin to tell you how delicious it was ! My Hubby and Daughter said it was the best Salmon they ever tasted ! I used Panko Italian Style bread crumbs, so I got a bit of crunch too :) I am looking forward to cooking this again very soon ~~~ delicious and nutritious ! No more bland Salmon for us :)

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2012
I made this for the first time today, and my family LOVES it ! I did substitute the milk with the same amount of water, added more potatoes, and at the last 2 hours, added mixed frozen veggies... It came out like a Chicken Pie recipe would and the next time I will be adding biscuits or dumplings to the top :) I am delighted with this recipe, thanks Julia !!!!!

Jumbo Breakfast Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2012
I just finished making these. Hubby and daughter love them ! I don't like the cheerios in them , they came out too chewy, I'll change that the next time, but I did use more rolled oats, cranberries and I crushed some leftover bran flakes...The larger ones I baked first are crumbling, so I made the rest a lot smaller and they came out fine !!!! I like that I can use what is available in my pantry :) Hubby just came in as I type this asking to have another one :) Also, I re- hydrated both the raisins and the cranberries in boiling water for 5 mins and then used the liquid in place of water...

Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
This soup is excellent ! I only made one change and that was I added thawed Italian seasoned meatballs and a can of black beans as well. I served it with homemade biscuits and my family loves it. It's a "keeper" !

Mushroom Cube Steaks

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
I made this for my family last night for dinner and got a "WOW", this is delicious. I was a bit concerned that the steak would be chewy, BUT i was wrong, it was tender and juicy...My family kept saying that it was the best they ever tasted... I will be making again. I used dried parsley instead of fresh and I don't think anyone cared :) You should give this a try .

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
This is delicious ! I made it the other day and it is so easy. Next time I will buy the prepared apple slices in my market. I only need enough for 2.... My Hubby thought it was as good as my Apple Pie I will definitely make again :) Instead of using real brown sugar, I used brown sugar substitute....Yummy !
