Crazy Spicy Chicken

Really good - I added a can of tomato paste and and half a can of coconut milk so that there was more sauce. I served it as suggested using Cous cous instead of rice. I will definitely make this again

Slow Cooker Lasagna

simple week night meal. I was in a hurry so I used a jar of spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato sauce, paste and seasonings. I ended up with a really great meal.
