Great recipe!, love the flavor of the sauce! I am a new cook, and am a bit perplexed. I make two pork loin center cut, bone in chope a few times, and they come out pretty good, but a bit dry. A little tough on the outside, but nice and tender in the center. I bake the pork chops (covered) at 350, but they are done after 12 minutes per side (internal teperatrue is way over 145). Not sure what I am doing something wrong that they come out a little dry and tough in some spots, but this recipe is a keeper!
