Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette
Lovely!!! I made just as written and it was perfect. My husband loved it. I only left out salt and pinch of sugar. Used on a salad with grilled chicken. Will never buy store bought again. The honey was just enough sweet without the pinch of sugar. And, I don't salt anything. Other than that..... fantastic!!! Would have never thought of using smoked paprika, but it was the spice that made it all that. Yummy.

Oven Fried Chicken II
This was very greasy and flavorless. Three stars because husband said it was ok. Will not make this again. I even let it set on papertowels and it was still mushy!!

Baked Buffalo Wings
I just made these....awesome. These are better than fried. I did cook them for 25 min and then flipped them for another 25 at 425 degrees. Then I put the franks wing sauce on for 10 minutes more . Used my broiler pan with slots to drain grease. I listened to the reviews of not enough heat in the sauce and added another tsp of cyanne to the flour and it was a bit tooooo spicy. Next time I will do exactely what is called for. Even so, fabulous!!!!! Dip in Bleu cheese. Try the absolutely best bleu cheese dressing recipe on this site. These are the best wings ever. Crispy, crunchy and great taste.
