Baked Buffalo Wings
I just made these....awesome. These are better than fried. I did cook them for 25 min and then flipped them for another 25 at 425 degrees. Then I put the franks wing sauce on for 10 minutes more . Used my broiler pan with slots to drain grease. I listened to the reviews of not enough heat in the sauce and added another tsp of cyanne to the flour and it was a bit tooooo spicy. Next time I will do exactely what is called for. Even so, fabulous!!!!! Dip in Bleu cheese. Try the absolutely best bleu cheese dressing recipe on this site. These are the best wings ever. Crispy, crunchy and great taste.
