I followed the recipe exactly as instructed the first time and it was delicious. A friend of mine was my guinea pig and she's willing to be my guinea pig when I plan on trying new recipes. I did this receipe three times and added more bonnet peppers because I like my food with a bit more heat. I also prepared this dish in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
