Orange Almond Biscotti II

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2006
This is fantatic!!!! I made some mistakes when I first made biscotti. It is a sticky dough. It doesn't roll. Don't even try! Just put some parchment paper on your sheet and spoon it on in a three inch by however long section until you get as many of these as it takes. Kind of ice it into a biscotti shape. Bake it and then cut it and then bake it for about 8 more minutes. It is great!!!!

Gingerbread Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2006
Smelled good but it was doughy in the center. I baked it twice which helped. This was a very stick dough. If you make it I would suggest making it in a low profile like one inch or less then it might cook through better. I sprinkled it with 10x sugar.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2003
I made this tonight, it was great! My husband ate three helpings and then commented that he thought the sour cream needed to be reduced some. I just loved it. If I was making it just for me and other people that like green pepper I would take finely diced green pepper and saute in butter then add it to this but even without it I know this is something I will make again and again! Great potluck dish too!

Creamiest Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2003
very creamy, with a good taste. It did take awhile but it came out good. I didn't read the recipe right and put in the egg mixture after the 10 minutes and thought it was done. I put it in the fridge and I had watery rice pudding. I realized my mistake, poured it back into a large saucepan and boiled it for 2 minutes and it thickened right up and is a perfect consistancy. This is not overly weet which I like but a person who likes it sweet would definitely want to kick the sugar up a notch.
