Smothered Pork Chops

I loved these. The gravy was a little bland so I added a little mustard and Worcestershire. my kids loved it to, which is rare. I willmakethisagain and again!

this was a really good basic recipe. i added about 2 tablespoons of honey in with the yeast. then i added some more honey to the egg white. while it was baking i put a pan of water in the oven. they turned out great. this recipe is defenitly a keeper. thanks so much!!!

Chocolate Marshmallow Icing

i would not call this a frosting, i would call it an icing. it was really sweet but it tasted so good i just poured it on the cake i made. i will defently try this again maybe i'll put it on brownies.

Beer Battered Chicken

i've made this twise so far. the first time it was very blah and thick. the second time i used 1 cup of really dark beer. i let it set in the fridge for about an hour. it was a lot better this way. it worked really good for onion rings too.

Garlicky Summer Squash and Fresh Corn

i made this last night and it was a hit. i forgot to put the butter and parsley on and it was still great. it was even better the next day. i mixed the leftovers with grilled chicken and pasta. i will make this recipe over and over. thanks
