This is exactly as the title suggests: quick & easy! I've been using it now for almost a year and we've developed our own pizza, made the way we like it ~ better than takeout any day!! I add 3 generous teaspoons of dried minced garlic and 4 generous teaspoons of dried minced onions to the crust for a super savory crust. By using lard on our pizza dish, the crust comes out crispy on the bottom and yet, soft and chewy. We top it with about 2 cups of shredded mozzarella, 2 cups of shredded Monterrey jack, 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese, fresh tomatoes (seeded and chopped), oven broiled mushroom slices (to extract the juices), and whatever other toppings strike our fancy on that day. The result is a fresh-tasting pizza everyone loves and asks for the recipe. Many thanks, Chef Rider, for this great recipe!
