Steak Stir-Fry

This dish was the best steak stir-fry I have ever had. I used filet mingnon and let me tell you....that is the way to go. It was sooo tender and flavorful w/ the ginger and garlic. I also used ramen noodles instead of the rice just cuz I was in the mood for that....I'm sure it's just as good w/ the rice. Yummmmy

Baked Halibut Steaks

My husband who is not a fish eater loved this. I added pepper flakes and put a pat of butter on each fish...I don't know if i really needed to do that I just wanted to make sure it came out moist. This recipe is sooo good.

Chicken Enchiladas I

PRETTY GOOD! I THINK NEXT TIME I WILL USE CORN TORTILLAS.....COOK THEM IN OIL FOR A LITTLE BIT BEFORE FILLING THEM. THE FLOUR TORTILLAS TURNED OUT A LITTLE DOUGHY, I FELT LIKE I WAS EATING A BURRITO NOT AN ENCHILADA, ALTHOUGH VERY TASTY.

American Lasagna

wonderful recipe...yummm!!!! and leftovers are even yummier. The only thing i did different was add a small 6 oz can of tomato sauce. Thanks.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

This dish was great!!! So moist and tender. I used pancetta instead of regular ham...about 3 slices per chicken since it's so thin. I used provolone instead of swiss. I,like the other cooks used the cream of chix,sour cream and lemon recipe for the sauce..also dipped in egg wash then in ritz cracker crumbs. I had to cook it 400 for 40 min...it came out perfect. Thanks

Southern Living Magazine's Chicken-Fried Steak

Husband liked it. I wasn't that excited about it. Had to use my stand by packaged gravy because the gravy tasted awful. Steaks took a very long time to cook.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Soooo easy already and I made it even easier by using minute rice and buying a precooked roasted chicken. I added milk,broccoli and mushrooms and drizzled butter on the bread cubes. Yum.

Clayton's Pork Chops

I loved the sauce! I was a bit dissapointed because everyone else raved about how tender the chops were....mine came out a little tough and I bought quality pork chops. I will try this again and not cook it as long. My husband loved it!
