Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This was really good, but I definetly had to modify it a bit. The first time I made it I was pretty unsure about putting in the chicken with so little else with it, and I was right to be - if I hadn't added a two cans of the soup halfway through it definetly would have burned. So I modified it based on a recipe I already had that was very similar but for beef. I added three cans soup, a packet of Garlic and Herb mix rather than the Italian dressing mix (just because that's what I had on hand) and a cup of Sprite along with the chicken in the beginning. I know the Sprite sounds weird but it turns out so good. Then when I was about ready to serve it, I added in half a block of cream cheese and a little milk, and served it over egg noodles. Maybe my crock pot cooks too hot or something, but the way the recipe was written I'd have to give it about 2 stars - once I modified it though it's worth 5 - my husband LOVES it. If you have a larger crock pot like I do, definetly put everything in first!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
This was delicious! The only changes I made was to add a few dashes hot sauce to the butter mixture, and I baked it for 30 minutes, and the last few minutes I turned the broiler on high to make it crispy - be careful with drizzling too much of the butter on the top or it will just come out soggy. My husband LOVED this - definetly a keeper!

Creamy Avocado-Ranch Dip
Very easy and very yummy - a great party dip. I had a similar dip at a bridal shower and decided I had to find a recipe for it - and this was perfect. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because I had to add quite a bit more hot sauce to spice it up a little (but we just like spicier foods). It definetly tastes even better after it sits in the fridge overnight!
