Seriously, stick to 8 MINUTES COOK TIME!!!! The shrimp was tender & just right. I stuck with the full cup of butter (offered some sauce for the fettuccine) & Dijon (which wasn't strong at all, just right). Of course had to add some white wine, old bay, along with some broccoli & spinach. Took the suggestion to add parmesan to allow the sauce to stick. The flavor was mostly in the shrimp and spinach; So my sister thought it needed a little more flavor in the sauce (might just need a little more old bay). I thought it was delicious!
