Gingerbread Men
These whip up fast, but are only okay, meaning I would eat them, but they're not amazing or anything like that. There is a very slight spice to them, I would have preferred a drop more spice. To the reviewer who wondered about more liquid in the recipe, the recipe seems very dry at first, but if you keep mixing (I made it in a kitchen aid) the dough does come together. As other reviewers mentioned you don't get much dough out of this recipe. Also, I used instant pudding.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I did change up the recipe a bit, based on other reviews. I substituted tofutti sour cream to make it non-dairy, and turned the warm water into coffee. I did use the full cup of oil. I baked it in mini cakes bundt pan for 20 minutes at 350, and then reduced the temperature for the rest of the time-until it was baked, was probably another 20-25 minutes. In the future I would probably change up the cake mix, pudding and eliminate the chocolate chips. This cake worked well in the bundt pans, but was not very chocolaty or even a 5 star cake. The cake was fast to make. I would probably make it again with the changes I mentioned.
