I actually loved this recipe as is. It was really great paired with the "chicken fried chicken" recipe I found on here too! Great night of yummy comfort food!

Chicken Fried Chicken

This recipe was SO good!!! I used 3 chicken breast, cut into strips and needed 2 eggs instead of just one. I also didn't have any potato flakes, but it still turned out fantastic! Absolutely delicious! Thank you for sharing!
