Roast Adobo Pork Loin

Perfect. I cooked it at 350 for about the same time , let it rest and it was great. Make sure you tent it and let it rest for 15 minutes. Into your recipe box with this one!

Cocoa Cherry Pork

Chef John needs another five star rating, right? My husband always like his pork with applesauce no matter how I make it. I was waiting for his typical " do you have any applesauce" request when I served this. He ( and I) loved this! I used white balsamic vinegar and he commented on how much he liked the sauce. First time in fourteen years he never asked for applesauce, just this perfect cherry sauce. Next time I will double the sauce. Yum!

Italian Dressing Mix

This is a perfect blend of flavors, with one exception. I used one tablespoon of salt which is really PLENTY. Next time I will omit it altogether. Thanks for a good recipe.

Whole Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe

I actually added no salt and didn't miss it as DH is sodium restricted. For those that are used to it I would only use two teaspoons. Be warned, this is quite hot from the pepper. This chicken is moist and pretty, but screams for more flavor, such as sage or rosemary. I made gravy with the liquid, but it was still bland, not for lack of salt, but lack of spices. I'm sure the leftovers can be used lots of ways, such as salads or sandwiches and extra flavoring added.

Spicy Lemon Pork Saute

Would never make this again. Why it has 3 1/2 stars is beyond me. If you read the reviews most people changed it, and mostly what they did was use less lemon juice or substitute a sweet liquid. If you must try it know it is TART and not much else.
