Fluffy Cake Doughnuts
I just tried these oven baked donuts and they are delicious! They are light, not heavy like cake donuts. I read the previous reviews and did use buttermilk and 2T of melted butter in place of shortening and regular milk. I have a donut pan that makes six donuts. I filled the cuts up 3/4, baked at 400 degrees for 8-9 minutes, no longer. Let them set for a few minutes before you take out of the pan. The next six donuts I added cocoa to the batter to make chocolate donuts! Delicious! I made the glaze as the recipe calls for and dipped the donuts in sprinkles. I will definitely make these donuts again and I recommend them to you too.

Diablo Shrimp Saute
I give this recipe a 5 star! It is delicious and easy to prepare. Although I did substitute a few things because I did not have them on hand. I used a regular sweet onion instead of a red onion. I used jalapeƱo slices cut up instead of a whole pepper. And I used thin spaghetti instead of linguine. But it all tastes really good and I would definitely make it again.

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
This soup recipe was not my favorite tasting. I really didn't like the taste of it. What I might do next time is change the chicken broth; I used Progresso which I used in other dishes and Progresso is not my favorite tasting broth either. I will try this recipe again. The meatballs were okay but I think 3/4 size is too big for this soup. And the pasta was not enough; more pasta. That being said, this soup was just okay for me.
