This recipe was one of the first I tried out when I started attempting to expand my limited cooking repertoire. It's now a favorite. I use chicken breasts, and also put some of the sauce aside for dipping during the meal.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Extremely delicious chicken pot pie. I make it dairy-free by substituting rice milk for the milk. I also omit the salt - between the butter and the chicken broth, it tastes plenty salty.

Moist Holiday Honeycake

I made this and did not enjoy the taste at all. It was quite moist, as advertised. Maybe it's just not my kind of cake.

Old-Fashioned Chicken and Noodles
