Rice Casserole with Cheese and Almonds
I made this the other night and both my husband and I were disappointed. I read the previous reviews about it being dry, so I added 2 extra cans of mushroom soup and it was still so dry. I think besides adding all that soup, you have to still reduce the rice amount. I liked the idea of almonds, so I think this could be a real good recipe, once it gets tweaked a bit. My husband thought that the almonds made the rice taste even more dry than it already tasted, but I liked the almonds quite a bit. Thanks, will keep working w/ it til it comes out right.

Potato and Vegetable Frittata
Just absolutely loved this recipe. I took the advice of a previous reviewer and skipped all the cooking and put the raw veggies and egg in 9x13 baking dish and baked it about 30minutes at 350 degrees. Came out great! Thanks for the recipe!

Buffalo Shrimp
This was a great recipe and so easy! I did as the others suggested and kept the shrimp in the bag rather than place on cookie sheet. Also I didn't have enough hot sauce only 2oz, and it was more than spicy enough for my husband and I. My husband wanted less garlic next time(that's just his personal thing, not much into garlic)..We used the end sauce more like a dip rather than putting it on top of the shrimp. I just loved it!
