i've made these a few times now and today i tweaked the mix a bit. 2 n 1/2 sticks of butter for the crust. and for the lemon filling I put 4.5 oz of lemon juice and reduced the sugar to 1 and 1/3 cups and increased the flour to 1/3 cup. I'll let you all know how it goes!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I've made these twice now and i dunno what im doing wrong??? they come out tasting WONDERFUL, but they are spreading out so huge they are bigger than texas!!!!! i've even tried placing smaller dollops of dough on the sheet and they still come out like saucers...
