Best Basic Sweet Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2003
This is the best bread i have EVER had in my entire life. Incredible texture and taste. Try it topped in butter or make sandwiches with turkey and swiss cheese. Unbelievable, I'm not kidding. I also tried making it with whole wheat flour and it was very good as well. Use "i can't believe it's not butter" instead of butter for a lower-cal bread. YUM!!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2004
this was really good and very easy. however, i wouldn't recommend keeping leftovers for more than 2 days in the fridge, as mine got kind of gross.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2005
This recipe is very good. I have used other chicken pieces as well as thighs, and they were all fabulous. Be sure to keep basting throughout the cooking, it really makes a difference. The chicken drippings taste great on the potatoes!

Frosted Maple Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2005
It does not get much better than the taste of these cookies. However, I did have a few problems baking them, it took me a while to get it right -- be sure you make only VERY small balls of dough because these things spread like crazy without any leavening and not much flour. They are very sponge-y and soft and taste great with the frosting. My roommates ate the whole batch the night I baked them.

i LOVE these brownies...make them all the time. i add chocolate/butterscotch/peanut buttter/white chocolate chips sometimes, or sometimes nuts, and sometimes just plain. the perfect balance between fudgy and cakey -- awesome!
