One of my favorite cooking tools in the kitchen is using the Smart Steamer by Tupperware since I can cook my entire meal in the microwave oven at the same time in 25 minutes. If I prepare this ahead in the morning and get a crowd of customers I can just pop in and then make the Hollandaise… MORE

Spinach Basil Pasta Salad
I am one of those horrible people as mentioned above in reviews...due to allergies... I changed the recipe... I did not add pine nuts I used Italian Basil but less and Frozen Chopped Spinach and Minced Garlic in Olive Oil with Parmesan from Can...all I had and pasta was spirals did have to add a touch of Italian dressing

Lemon Chicken Piccata
My husband had never had this dish and I used minced garlic and lemon concentrate. I did not have fresh lemons or capers I used olive oil and canola oil I also used a tablespoon of potato starch to thicken the sauce. I added an entire box of the chicken broth then added the concentrate of lemon to taste...he loved the dish and I served with the garlic roasted potatoes
