One of my favorite cooking tools in the kitchen is using the Smart Steamer by Tupperware since I can cook my entire meal in the microwave oven at the same time in 25 minutes.

If I prepare this ahead in the morning and get a crowd of customers I can just pop in and then make the Hollandaise sauce just before serving.
I have prepared this recipe several times and just love the results.

I made a video to follow since a few friends begged me to do it so that they could start and stop it to make the hollandaise sauce.

I place the Tilapia in the first layer of the Smart Steamer with Garlic Powder and Season Salt on both sides.

I place the Fresh Asparagus in the next layer of the Smart Steamer (Hubby thinks I use butter but I use a butter substitute on this...

I put water in the base and cook on power of seven since our microwave is a 1200 watt for 25 minutes.

Hollandaise Sauce

4 eggs (separate) save whites for another recipe
beat the yolks
1/8 tsp of worchestershire sauce
1 tsp water
1 tbsp of lemon juice (less if concentrated)
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of white pepper

I like using the Smooth Chopper by Tupperware because I can use the whipping blade and do the egg yolks then keep going before I place in the pan and into a pan of hot water to finish...
add one cup of butter stirring slowly till all butter is melted.

Pour Sauce on the Asparagus and Tilapia if desired...enjoy your meal.
