Love this recipe, I hadn't made this dish for years but had vague memories of making it. I used an extra large loaf pan and the whole chili's worked great with their triangle shape when cut open and placed top to bottom. I also used a green enchilada sauce since it was on sale and never remembered having them with a red sauce. I also salted and peppered the eggs and just used the canned milk with the 3 eggs. I also used a little pepper jack cheese with the other cheeses and drizzled the green sauce on it between the layers also. Browning the top layer of cheese is a must. Sliced it like bread and drizzled more enchilada sauce on when reheating. Rave reviews and keeps getting better as leftovers.
