Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2013
Great recipe. I used Chipolte Taco Seasoning and it gave it all the flavor it needed. Everyone loved it.

Kansas City Steak Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2005
Great soup and complete meal! All you need with it is some garlic bread. Did use the cans of beef bouillon in place of most of the water as another reader suggested, and only a couple of the beef bouillon cubes.

Love this recipe. I suggest doubling the ingredients for the gravy.

Sausage Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2004
This was a very good breakfast casserole. I didn't have time to assemble the night before, so that may have made it even better. I did use the "hot" ground sausage for extra flavor. Leftovers were good too.

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2004
This is the kind of recipe I love to come across. Delicious, easy, fast, and I usually have the ingredients on hand. I used chicken tenders and cooked about 15 min on 375 degrees. I also used "On the Border" medium salsa, which we love. My son, who doesn't care for chicken, loved it too.
