Barbeque Style Braised Short Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
So good! My first time cooking short ribs after seeing them prepared on the food network channel. I found this recipe and decided to try it as it had such great reviews, and so glad that I did. So good that I wish that I had prepared more. The gravy is so delicious with my potatoes, and kale was cooked to complete the meal. Will make this again!

Marinated Barbequed Vegetables

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2013
Loved this recipe, but made a few changes as I did not have time to run out to the grocery store. I sliced red and green bell peppers, a large vidalia onion, asparagus and little tomatoes. I had no time to marinate, so I drizzled olive oil and lemon juice onto the veggies, and sprinkled salt, and dry basil as I did not have fresh. Well, mixed it all up nicely, let it sit for about ten minutes, and threw it in the broiler; I watched it carefully, and turned it a couple of times to get nice even coloring. Well, my company could not stop going back picking out of the veggie dish! It was a huge hit pared with my marinated Chipotle Chicken!

Easy Baked Turkey Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2015
Used this recipe today, and made the best flavorful, juicy and tender turkey wings ever. I took someone's suggestion and used the golden mushroom soup, and it was a big hit in my home!!! Thank you for sharing this.

Spicy Shrimp Skewers

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
Absolutely loved this recipe, but because I did not have lime juice, I used lemon juice, and like others used cajun seasoning, as I did not have jerk seasoning. I used the exact amount of ingredients with one lb. of shrimp, marinated for five hours, and broiled these shrimp in my convection oven four minutes on each side 400 degrees. Well, these were delicious, and perfectly cooked; loved the spicy/sweet combo. This will replace my other shrimp recipe. Also, did not use skewers, just put them in a broiler pan close to fire, which added a wonderful char broiled flavor. Cannot wait to make these again!
