Deliciosa Salsa Verde
This is a very good recipe. Its easy to follow and easy to make. Now, I do roast all my peppers and a glove of garlic on top of the suggested recipe. Remember when you are roasting: to take the pepper out of the oven then choke it in a Ziplock baggie. Do that for a min or two, then you can literally scrape out any seeds and the charred outside. You should scrape the outside because that burnt area is very bitter. I combine this recipe with a personal recipe for salsa.

Red Velvet Cupcakes
This recipe is easy and yummy. I paired it with a butter cream frosting. I ran out of regular red dye and used gel red dye to finish off the oz. The gel red dye is more concentrated so the color was a beautiful deep crimson red. Overall I don't think I'll be buying a box of mix with this recipe. Great job!

Butter Cream Frosting I
excellent recipe. I did take the advice of other raters and took my time mixing and preparing the frosting. I let my cupcakes cool while I made this. Perfect amount of time too. I subbed the milk with butter milk, and needed to add a bit more milk because of it but still very good.
