Incredible Punch

I figured I better rate this punch since I've made it so many times, always to rave reviews. I freeze the pina colada mixture in zip bags & let sit for about an hour before adding the rasp.g/ale. Yum-punch!!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Absolutely fabulous - vary the pasta - I tried angel hair and corkscrews, combined to make 1# (out of necessity) DO YOURSELF A FAVOR . . . add cashews! Puts it over the top.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Actually 4-1/2 stars. Great taste, and with Dreamfield's low carb pasta (I used penne), this is a diet-delight. Be sure to drain all the liquid from the tomatoes, even as you're cutting them up. Delish!

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables

This is a very good recipe. I found the ratio of linguini to vegies too low - will add 1 cup of each next time. Also, I'm a cilantro lover but didn't think it blended with the more Italian taste of this dish. I used olive oil instead of veg. oil, and garnished with Italian parsley and lemon. Fabulous!

Apple Crisp III

I made this in a 9x12 dish with 3# (9 cups) Macintosh apples. Used 1/4 cup apple cider, 1 cup each white/brown sugar. The taste was excellent, but after 40 minutes it wasn't browned yet, so I left it in another 10 minutes. As a result, the apples were overcooked. Next time I'll bake 30 minutes at 350, then top broil till browned. Otherwise, I would've given this recipe 5 stars in the 'simple recipe' category.
