Authentic Thousand Island Dressing

Just made this, but I was a tad disapointed since it came out rather sour for my taste, I think it was relish overload, but I love relish. I didn't have the black olives, so omiited. Perhaps that was the problem. Altogether, I would try this again with 1/2 relish. Also, I used light mayo and splenda, am on low carb diet. Thanks for the recipie.

Pancakes I

This is my go-to pancake recipe. They always turn out perfect and have never had problems with them. I follow the recipe which is very easy and double it for my husband and myself as I never know when I'll need an extra one. I've tried others, but none compare. Easy and delish!

German Potato Pancakes

This was excellent, like the ones that are served with fish fries in Wisconsin. The only thing I did different was I soaked the shredded potato and squeezed out the juice before adding the rest of ingredients.

Fluffy Pancakes

This was by far, the best pancake recipe! I followed directions, doubling ingredients, and fried in wrought iron pan. My husband doesn't love pancakes, he's a waffle guy, and he raved over them. Be careful not to over mix this type of batter.

I make these often and we all love them. Although, I usually don't add the nutmeg as it is a strong spice to me. I let the batter rest for a half hour also. MMMMMMMM yummy

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I doubled the recipe, added more sugar, added a little more milk and 1 tsp. vanilla and decreased the amount of topping as was advised after reading other reviews. I only used Pam instead of liners which was a mistake. I found the dough to thick and heavy. I'm sure it was something I did wrong as everyone else loved these. In the future, I would definitely follow directions to the "T." Good luck!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Roast

I liked it, but after reading the reviews, I adjusted as follows; 1/2 C. maple syrup to 1/2 C. vinegar. I would also put meat and sauce in separate bowls and refrigerate overnight and skim fat. Will make again.

Hungarian Goulash III
