Lite Carrot Cake

This is a delicious, moist recipe! To make it even better, I added a little bit each of cloves, nutmeg, ginger, raisins, vanilla, walnuts, and flax. I also swapped the buttermilk for skim milk and the oil for applesauce. This is a great healthy dessert.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Lite

The best, healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe out there! I added a 1/4 cup oatmeal and increased the applesauce to 1/4 cup as well. I replaced the white sugar with Truvia (Stevia) and used whole wheat flour. These were great!

Applesauce Cake

A delicious and healthy cake! I made this using whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, and added a handful of walnuts. I did not use the icing, but topped my piece with peanut butter instead. A great recipe!

Banana Cookies

These were chewy and delicious! I made a few substitutions to make them a little healthier. I used whole wheat flour, halved the sugar, and replaced the shortening with applesauce. The whole family loved these!

Basil Tomato Rolls

Delicious! I halved the recipe and they turned out great! I shaped the rolls into mini bread bowls so I could place more tomato filling inside. Unfortunately, a few of the rolls fell flat in the oven, but they still tasted great!

Delicious! I did not use the steak seasoning, but it still tasted delicious. When it came out of the oven I drizzled balsamic vinaigrette over the broccoli to bring out even more flavor.
