Szechuan Spicy Eggplant

I used some cut of meat and it was so tough (but that was my fault) but the sauce on the recipe was great will try again with minced meat.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

we loved it. I did the flour thing too. My family said it was like eating General Tao's chicken without the breading. I used Rooster sauce. One pan and fast thanks for the recipe.

I couldn't find liquid smoke in the grocery store,instead I added a chipotle chile.The hard part was keeping people away from the pot because it smelled so good. This was my first time trying a slow cooker and I am glad I tried it on this recipe.

Miso Soup

The recipe is wrong - no way does it take 20 minutes. It was much faster. Tasted much better than restaurents - mine wasn't watered down. Great recipe and I can see added more things like shrimp, ginger etc. Thanks for the recipe

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

Garlic Broccoli

Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles

You have ruined store bought pickles for us. These were easy and great. I halved the sugar as suggested by other reviewers and I boiled the 2 cups of water so it disolved the sugar and salt and I didn't wait. We used fresh hot red peppers from our garden instead of the flakes. Just wonderful. We couldn't wait for 10 days and ate them after 2 - it had the crunch of half soursThanks for the recipe

Mushroom Soup Without Cream

Even my son who doesn't like mushrooms liked it. I had no thyme but sprinkled a little parmesan cheese on top, with a sprig of fresh basil. Thanks for a great soup.
