Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole
This was simply outstanding. Everything blend well and Mom certainly enjoyed it. However, my boy did not take a fancy toTuna. He kept on saying, "Sorry Charlie." Still going to have it again this week. Great Meal with reasonable cost. Thanks!

Baked Buffalo Chicken Strips
Followed directions “verbatim” and for the most part the family enjoyed the taste and texture of the chicken strips. However, I could not get the crispy texture to the coating without drying out the chicken. Also, my chicken strips got “nekid” a couple of times. Very embarrassing. I will look for alternative. To much an amateur for this receipt.

Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
One of my all time favorite sandwich! It has been around since the dinosaurs, but continues to hit the spot with kids and adults! Great way to perk up America's favorite!!
