Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

Made fondue for a wine pairing party. Success! Everyone loved it. My fondue pot sucked, it would be to hot or to cold. We added some more warm Chardonnay which helped out a bit. Cheeses worked well together. Easy recipes Easy prep!

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

yummy easy recipe. A litte on the dry side would add more lemon or another veggie that add more liquid ie. cucumbers!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

I could not believe how great the taste was. I followed the recipe exactly and held some back to pour on top of the salmon when I pulled it off the grill. I did not have balsamic vinegar, so I used white vinegar. I cannot imagine using another marinate for my salmon!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

I made this for a date over the weekend. He had nothing but great things to say. Recipes is easy and very taste. I did not have tomato sauce so I mixed tomato paste with some water and used white vinegar instead. This is a must make recipes. And to top it all off he asked me out again! :)

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Very good flavor! I actually marinated chicken breasts and put them over the grill. I cut the chicken up and used it in tacos. YUMMY:)

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

The title says it all! Not only is it quick and easy but it is so yummy. I have made this sauce for many people and they have nothing but great things to say! Just as a quick note to all: I use garlic flavor cream cheese and cut out the 2 teaspoons of garlic. Good luck and happy eating:)

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I am not a huge fan of chicken tacos but, these were great. The flavor was different in comparison to other mexican style dished. I would make this again.

Mexican Lasagna

Fabulous! I added a can of corn and served with sour cream and cilantro. It was super easy. I added it my family website to share with everyone. So far, two thumbs up from everyone!
