A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2013
This is truly one of the best recipes I've found on this site. I added some of my own caribbean flare to it and also did some of the other tips and tricks other posters advise on such as the chicken stock addition, and it came out beautifully. I chopped up some fresh garlic as I am a garlic lover and added it on top of my chicken when it was finished. I eat this almost every night, it's that good. One thing I would adjust is the cooking time of the meat. It really depends on how thick your chicken breasts are. If they are really thick, 10-15 minutes on each side isn't going to cut it.You need to let it cook for anywhere between 50-60 minutes for it to cook properly, and this also depends on your stove settings. Other than that, great recipe and good job on the post!

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2013
This was an excellent recipe for a first time crepe maker! I followed it to the letter and it came out perfectly and exactly how I remember my french teacher making them for me in the 7th grade :-). I will definitely invest in getting a real crepe maker or pan as I did find some challenges with my frying pan, but they still came out awesome. The only thing I would say is you need to adjust the heat and cooking time according to your own stove settings, as the medium heat and 1-2 minute cooking time definitely didn't work for my stove. Other than that, this is truly a perfect crepe recipe. Good job!

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
This was a very good recipe. As other reviewers noted, I added chicken stock and a little extra lemon juice just enough to cover the bottom. I also covered the chicken with foil to seal in the juices, and then uncovered it for the last 10 minutes or so to let it brown a little. Next time, I will add some Ms. Dash's Garlic and Herb seasoning in conjunction with the salt and pepper to add a little more flavour. I also added two slices of lemon to each breast which was the perfect touch and added more flavour. I will definitely be making this again! Good job:-).

Garlic Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
This is an excellent recipe. What I've altered is I use the red mini potates as I find them easier to work with and better for portion sizes. I boil them for about 30 minutes, and then put them in the oven with all the trappings uncovered for another 30-35 minutes. I also use shredded parmesean cheese which I find is awesome but will try it with the grated parmesean cheese as well. Thanks for sharing this one!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
This recipe was bang on. I never used to like or eat asparagus before finding this recipe. Now I literally eat it everyday because of it! I use 1/4 butter instead of just the two tablespoons as I like more of a butter based sauce in mine, but other than that this was absolutely perfect! Thank you ever so much for sharing. Good job!
