I was a little apprehensive about making this chili because of the ingredients, and after I made it, I had to do some tweaking because we don't like sweet chili. I added 2 capfuls of liquid smoke, and about 6 shakes of worchestershire sauce. Next time I will not add the brown sugar at all. Instead of using tomato paste as called for in the recipe, I used 2 can of chili diced tomatoes and no beef broth. I figured if it needed it when I got through, I could add it then. I also only added 2 cans of kidney beans and that seemed to be plenty. I only rated this 3 stars because of all th adjustments I had to do, but overall, it was pretty good. Trying it on hubby tonight.
