Garlic Prime Rib

This recipe turned out very good. I let the paste sit on the roast over night in the fridge and followed the suggestions for the cooking at 450 for 20 then 325 for 2 hours or until an internal temp of 135. Cooked perfect that way!

Chicken Enchiladas II

This was really good. The husband and kids enjoyed it. Next time I might try it with cream of chicken soup or cheese sauce instead as suggested by other reviewers. The cream of mushroom just did not seem to fit as well with the recipe.

Texas Sheet Cake VI

I loved this recipe! It was exactly the one I was searching for. A friend from a former job always made it and I never got the recipe from her. She did not want to give it out. So, I found this one and it sounded similar - all I had to go on was Texas Sheet Cake with coffee in the recipe. I loved it! It was a tad time consuming to make but worth it! Will make it again!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Very tasty, very moist. The people at our party ate up as much as they could! I replaced 2/3 C of white sugar with brown and added cinnamon and nutmeg as the other reviewers suggested. I would make this again. Very easy too. And yes, it is more like a cake.
