Chocolate Italian Cream Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2004
i like it this recipe. a little rich but good. my husband on the other hand loves it. have to watch with the powdered sugar to make sure the icing doesn't get to thick though. people in my family love it as well.

Brunch on the Bayou

Reviewed: May 31, 2004
this recipe was good and easy. i was a little skeptical because of what was in it. the weird part is the kids liked it a lot, the grown people were looking at it like it was odd. so go figure.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2004
i made this 3 diffent times during the christmas holiday. this went over very well. the only thing i didn't do was put them back in the skin. i kinda tore them up. so instead i didn't mix them up real creamy so they would have that in a baked potato texture. i also added more of cheese and stuff to taste.

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2004
this is a good recipe. i have made it twice so far and it was excellent so far. only downfall is it is really greasy from the butter. so to those who aren't into really oily things watch out for this one.

Golden Rum Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2004
i made this for christmas for my family. they loved it. i used malibu rum like one of the reviewers said and added nuts to the middle, which only ended up scattered throughout the cake, lol, but it was still really good. it went very fast.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2004
i normally don't do the rating thing, but, i must agree with the few who didn't like it. i normally read the reviews before making a dish just to see what people said. i used 3 teaspoons of baking soda and added more sugar and it was still very bitter. so i added more sugar and cinnamon. this helped a little bit. i don't know how it got a 5 as well.
