Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2000
This was excellent and not difficult but one word of caution, everything comes together at once. I cut the chicken in small pieces and put it all together. It was a big hit, and will make again! Try it! Thanx for a great recipe!!!

Broiled Grouper Parmesan

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
Excellent!!! I grated a very good parm cheese for it, I saw a similar recipe and it had green onions and chives in the mixture so I did add that (personal preference) highly recommend!!!!!! I was skeptical the mayo just didn't seem right to me but it was fabulous. Everyone on here should rate a recipe based on the original recipe and state if you add or subtract, don't ever give anyone a bad review when you have changed the recipe so much it is not even close to the original!!!!! Please that is common sense and courtesy! Even though I did add the onions and chives this would have been great without the additons, this one is really good people!!!

Jambalaya II

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2001
This was very good, even my husband said it was good!!! He really doesn't like jambalay and he thought this was great!! I made a mistake and cooked the chicken and sausage in the crockpot and the sausage was too greasy, no taste, so I removed the sausage and added a fresh batch it was perfect! Thanx!!!

Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2012
I always boil my potatoes in chicken broth, adds so much to the flavor, if you don't have cream use evaporated milk, I do not use quite as much cream or milk I just watch the consistency

Ecellent marinade, thought the ingredients were different so I was skeptical but it made the best kabobs I let it marinate overnight and used low sodium soy sauce and it was not to salty, next time I think I will try Dijon mustard! Thanks for the post!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2005
This is so easy and so good!!! I make it up that morning (have the butcher flatten the chicken for you} after the flour and paprika i dip it in melted butter then roll in dried bread crumbs and put back in the refigerator to let it sit, this helps keep it together later when you cook it. I double the wine sauce also, it is outstanding Thank you for sharing a gourmet meal with all of us!! Another tid bit is to put some creme cheese in the center before rolling up its yummy!
